MIT + CC BY 4.0 (OPSD)
Open Power System Data releases its processing code under the MIT licence, which permits free use, modification, and redistribution. The data packages are released under CC BY 4.0 where possible, or inherit the licence of the original data source where more restrictive terms apply. Always check the individual dataset documentation for the applicable data licence.

About Open Power System Data
Academic Open-Data Initiative · Europe
Open Power System Data (OPSD) was an academic open-data initiative, funded by the Open Energy Modelling Initiative and German research institutions, that compiled and harmonised data for European power system modelling. It published hourly time series for load, wind and solar generation, and day-ahead prices across 37 European countries, as well as conventional power plant lists and renewable energy unit registers. The platform is frozen since 2020 and data remains available as static downloads under open licences.
